What is your philosophy on hockey? Every team is capable of beating every team
Best Saints memory? It was the time that our coach Bob Knight…er, I mean Josh Holler pulled a Bob Knight and threw our equipment bag and pucks all over the ice in protest to the horseshit officiating in Calgary 2006. I suppose also the best memories have been living up to our expectation of being the hard partying hard drinking team
Favorite Wild Player? Mark Parrish, because I’m like his counterpart on the Saints team, that is I don’t score too many goals but I’m a valuable asset at owning the space in front of the other teams goalie setting up screens, looking for tip-ins, or just looking for garbage time.
Favorite Sports Team? Other than the Wild I guess it would be the Twins, hopefully they can get it together this year and go a little further in the playoffs, if they make it, knock on wood like a certain Wild team that should’ve gone further into the playoffs
Personal Sports Achievements In high school we won 2 tourney’s for soccer, 1 for Softball, and came close with a 2nd place in hockey which was the one tourney that I would’ve preferred to win the most. As for powerhockey it would be nice to get a championship notch on the old belt, maybe things will change this summer
Favorite Alcoholic Drink? Summit EPA, or after practice following in the old mans footsteps with what used to be an original Minnesota staple, brewed in the land of sky blue waters, Hamm’s.
Favorite Non-Alcoholic Drink? Mountain Dew
Favorite Food? Joe loves tacos, hahaha, I don’t think I’ve gone a week without eating tacos at least once or twice.
Favorite Movie? Start smoking those Red Apples, eat your Big Kahuna Burger and finish it off with a $5 shake, don’t make me go Medieval on your ass its Pulp Fiction
Favorite TV Show? What’d you say about what? Break out the Slurm, tell the “What IF” machine to bite my shiny metal ass, and hop on the Planet Express ship made of assorted lengths of wire. You don’t need a degree from Mars University to know I’m talking about Futurama
Favorite Band? I’ve always been a fan of Nine Inch Nails, I’d recommend listening to them after you’ve had a few drinks in ya, it won’t disappoint
Best Concert you’ve seen? I think the best concert I’ve seen was about 2-3 years ago when the Quest was still open when I saw the metal band Kittie, it was the only concert I’ve seen where I got to meet the band afterwards, plus it doesn’t hurt that the band is composed of chicks ; )
Place you’d like to travel sometime? I think it would be kinda cool to go to London sometime and go to all the old pubs and drink a few pints, eat some fish and chips, and check out those weird looking phone booths
What’s your weekend like? I’ve been known to drink some beers and watch local sports, hang out at the occasional bar
What are your interests besides Hockey? Does playing GTA count as an interest, I guess playing video games is one big interest. I also enjoy the simple things like hanging out, boozin’, going to bars, watching TV and other sports
